The 2026 Sw Heli Rodeo (our 20th anniversary!) will be a 2027 IRCHA Cup Regional event!. Winner will recieve free admission to the 2027 IRCHA cup, top 3 will recieve trophies.

This will be our 20th annual Rodeo!
- All preregistrations will recieve a ticket(s) to a preregistered pilots raffle consisting - prize TBD - but will be good. Number of tickets depends on what month you preregistered - July: 4 tickets, August: 3 tickets, September: 2 tickets; October: 1 ticket (SRCHA members excluded)
- Our Event Competition Coordinator Matt Edwards will be running the Barrell Race Competition & the IRCHA Cup Regional Event.

Registering for the Rodeo
We have 3 ways to preregister and 3 ways to register onsite for the rodeo (well actually 4 - cash is an option onsite)
Zelle - available for preregistration
This is our preferred method as there are no transaction fees, please include your pilot name, AMA number, email address, phone number, mailing address and what you are paying for in the comments. If you are purchasing a prereg tee-shirt, include include size, name(s) you would like added to the shirt in comments (if none indicated will be your registration name). NOTE: All prereg names will be on back of shirt.

Square - available for preregistration and onsite registration
This is our second preferred method, there are transaction fees, however we have setup a store which allows for purchasing of indivdual registration items (e.g. registration, camping fee, raffle tickets), which simplifies our back end accounting and administration. You use your credit card for this method, it is a square secure site. We will be using square as an option onsite as well with stripe swipe, allowing you to use credit card at the event. Please include your pilot name, AMA number, email address, phone number, mailing address in the comments when using online. If you are purchasing a prereg tee-shirt, include size, name(s) you would like added to the shirt in comments (if none indicated will be your registration name).
